Service Terms and Conditions
Final Approach Detailing operates with the following terms and conditions with respect to delivery of services:
Final Approach Detailing’s standard operating procedures with respect to personal/utility compartments/areas is as follows;
With the exception of vehicle manuals and/or legal documents (i.e. registration, proof of insurance, etc.), F.A.D. will not remove nor fully clean areas in which personal belongings are contained. This to include: glove boxes, center consoles, enclosed storage areas etc..
Should the client wish for these areas to be detailed, they are responsible for removal of personal items from these areas prior to services being delivered.
F.A.D. will perform vac out/wipe down services ONLY in utility areas that contain mechanical items such as vehicle jacks, spare tires, etc..
F.A.D. requires any personal items be removed from trunk or other cargo areas prior to service delivery in order for detailing services to be effectively performed.
Should items remain in these areas, F.A.D. will provide vac out/wipe down services ONLY in these areas around personal belongings. F.A.D. will not remove items left in the trunk or cargo areas.
F.A.D. requires any personal belongings/equipment to be removed from truck beds in order to perform services in these areas. Truck bed services include vac out/spray down ONLY.
Should items remain in the truck bed, F.A.D. will assume client does not wish for this area of the vehicle to be cleaned.
Generally speaking, Final Approach Detailing does not perform detailing services on a vehicles headliner due to the deterioration of a headliner’s sensitive backing over time and with exposure to moisture and temperature changes.
In select cases, F.A.D. can use specialty tools, techniques and treatments to address focused headliner concerns. This service is an additional cost to the client and a legal agreement must be completed with this service.
Due to the breakdown of seatbelt fibers over time, Final Approach Detailing will not clean seatbelts with chemicals or advanced tools.
F.A.D.’s standard services do not include undercarriage wash of the vehicle. Upon request, this service is available at an additional fee and with legal agreement.
F.A.D.’s standard services do not include cleaning of the engine compartment. Upon request, engine compartment cleaning is available at additional cost and with legal agreement.
Final Approach Detailing is honored to have the opportunity to service older vehicles, however when working on vehicles that are five years or older, items on the car can simply break or fail due to the age or condition of the vehicle. This can include, but is not limited to; headliner and upholstery sag, delamination/discoloration of plastics, lifting/lightening of paint and/or pinstripes, discoloration of surfaces and/or mechanical failure to run or start. Having F.A.D. perform services on your older vehicle is at your own risk and your agreement to the terms and conditions of services set forth agree to hold harmless all parties, should any damages occur.
Cancellation/Booking Fee Policy:
Booking Fees: Final Approach Detailing reserves the right to require a booking fee to secure a client’s appointment time.
A minimum 20% non-refundable booking fee may be required upon approval of service quote in order to secure the service appointment.
No Shows: Final Approach Detailing reserves the right to request a 50% non-refundable booking fee for any future service if you have no-showed to your service appointment at least 1 time.
2+ no-shows to scheduled service will result in inability to schedule future services without a 100% non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellation/Reschedules: Final Approach Detailing requests at least 48 hours notice to cancel a service appointment.
Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within this established timeframe, with the exception of extenuating circumstances, may result in forfeiture of booking fee.
Final Approach Detailing will honor and/or transfer a paid booking fee for services cancelled with greater than 48 hours notice.
Mobile Service No Show: If you are not onsite when the surface specialist arrives, he/she/they will attempt to contact you via phone. If more than 15 minutes pass with no contact, the specialist will note the account as a no-show and future appointments will require pre-payment of services.
If you are unsatisfied with our work or you believe there is an issue with a service we provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can act quickly to fix it. Due to the nature of how vehicles are used and exposed to potential damage we cannot be held responsible for defects found after 48 hours as we cannot guarantee we are the cause.
Final Approach Detailing offers gift cards in electronic format only with the following terms and conditions:
Gift cards will expire after 5 years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards that have no activity for a period of one (1) year are subject to an administrative fee in the amount of $5.00 per month of inactivity. This amount is deducted from the remaining gift card balance for the period of time in which the card is inactive.
Replacement gift cards are available as per request to [email protected].
Replacement will be sent electronically to the original purchaser only.

E-Commerce & Privacy
This website sells detailing products and services. The use of any product or service bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds Final Approach Detailing harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as result of using the products sold on this website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by F.A.D. and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the F.A.D. under any circumstances.
Final Approach Detailing cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website), which may result due to lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her/their device.
Final Approach Detailing will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. F.A.D. will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address.
